Subscriber Ticket Exchanges
Subscribers may exchange their tickets for any World Dance, President's Piano, World Music or International Chamber Music Series event within the same season at least 24 hours prior to the performance being exchanged. If the new tickets are less expensive than the exchanged tickets, the difference in price is not refunded. If the new tickets are more expensive than the exchanged tickets, the subscriber must pay the difference in price. No exchange fee is charged.
There is no limit to the number of exchanges a subscriber can make. However, if you exchange to a lower-priced show, but decide later to exchange back into a higher-priced show, you must pay the cost of the upgrade.
Free youth tickets for the International Chamber Music Series and President's Piano Series may be exchanged between those two series when an accompanying adult ticket is also exchanged.
To exchange tickets, please contact the ArtsUW Ticket Office by phone or write “void” across the face of your tickets and return them to the Ticket Office by mail, fax, e-mail or in person. Please include your name, phone number, and the event and performance date you would like to exchange into, along with a credit card number and expiration date if exchanging into a show of higher value.
