Composition Discussion with So Percussion

So Percussion will engage in a conversation with UW School of Music Composition students about the vast and often bewildering world of writing for percussion. Topics covered include dealing with notation, planning multiple set-ups, and orchestration. Special emphasis is placed on the composer/performer collaboration.
