Stand Up with Meany! Help Bridge Critical NEA Funding Gap

Dear Meany Friends,

This is a critical moment for Meany Center and our entire arts community. The recent elimination of our National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) funding has created a $60,000 budget gap that impacts funding to pay artists and for our programs. This loss makes our financial challenges even tougher.

NEA funding cuts are affecting arts organizations nationwide, disrupting vital programs, artists’ livelihoods and the diverse voices that enrich our communities.

Without these funds, our ability to bring world-renowned artists-like Grammy-winner Rhiannon Giddens is at risk and presents challenges to offer innovative programming in our community. Our educational partnerships that inspire local youth and nurture future creative thinkers are also threatened.

We are working hard to close this $60,000 gap before our fiscal year ends on June 30, 2025. Your support right now is essential. Please donate to Friends of Meany Center for the Performing Arts Fund today.

With Gratitude — Your Meany Family
