Rental Date Availability
Meany Hall’s Katharyn Alvord Gerlich Theater and Mainstage Lobby:
- We have limited availability June 20 – September 30 each summer
- We have NO availability during UW Fall, Winter and Spring academic quarters
- Please refer to the UW Academic Calendars
Meany Studio Theatre:
- NOT available for rental events
Meany Hall Rental Process
- Send your rental request including preferred date, type of event, organization name, contact name and phone number to meanyrental@uw.edu
- Our rental manager will contact you to discuss date availability and event specifics
- If it is determined that date & event are feasible, you will be asked to proceed with confirmation process
- Please note, Meany will not accept rental agreements or other rental forms until an entity is invited via writing to proceed with the confirmation process

The below agreement and rate sheets are for Fiscal Year 2023 (July 1, 2022-June 20, 2023).
