David Alexander Rahbee leads the UW Symphony Orchestra in a program of music by Tchaikovsky, Beethoven and Debussy. Guest pianist Yekwon Sunwoo, winner of the Fifteenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition, performs with the orchestra on Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1 in B-flat Minor, Op. 23. Yekwon Sunwoo’s appearance is presented in collaboration with Meany Center for the Performing Arts.  Also on the program: Debussy’s Afternoon of a Faun and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 in F Major, Op. 68, "Pastorale.”
