Black Girl Spectrum Workshop was born from Camille A. Brown's chorographic masterpiece, BLACK GIRL: Linguistic Play, to be presented at Meany Center for the Performing Arts March 16-18.
This workshop aims to empower females of all ages to develop pride, joy, collaboration and confidence through the art of African American Social Dance. The workshop will provide female and female identifying participants with a safe and supportive space where they can explore and express their creativity and cultural heritage.
Experienced and passionate instructor Ethel Calhoun will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you have a fun and rewarding experience.
