How to Renew

Go to Renew Your Subscription.
Click on the Renew button for the series you want to renew.
Log into your account using your Last Name and Customer Number from your Renewal Invoice.
1. If you need help obtaining your Customer Number please contact the ArtsUW Ticket Office.
Click on the series you’d like to renew.
Add any seating or accessibility requests by checking the Add Seating Request box.
If you would like to pre-purchase weekday parking in the Central Garage, select Yes and the number of parking passes you would like to purchase. Otherwise, select No and click Next.
If you would like to support Meany Center with a donation, select Yes, round-up my order.
Or, select I'd like to give a different amount and input the amount you’d like to give. Otherwise, select No and click Next.
Select the delivery method in which you’d like to receive your ticket.
If by mail, ensure that the delivery address listed is correct. To add or edit an address, click on the box dropdown menu and select Add Address.
Review your order and ensure that everything looks correct.
Input your card information and billing address under PAYMENT.
When finished, click on Submit.
You're done! Bonus: Add extra tickets with your 10% subscriber discount by clicking the Subscriber Extras link through the Order: Complete page.

You will receive an email order confirmation within 5–10 minutes. If you requested PDF tickets, they will be emailed in August.

You may add additional single tickets to shows using the Subscriber Extras page.

Renewal packets are in the mail and should arrive soon. Return your invoice by May 13 to the ArtsUW Ticket Office by mail or in person.
