HOW TO RENEW

Full Series subscriptions for the 2024-25 Season are now on sale.

For the best chance at securing your preferred seat, or upgrading your seat location, we recommend renewing early. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Follow the steps below to renew your subscription.

ONLINE

  1. Go to SUBSCRIPTIONS.

  2. Click on the RENEW TODAY button for the series you want to renew.

  3. Log into your account using your Last Name and Customer Number from your Renewal Invoice.

    1. If you need help obtaining your Customer Number please contact the ArtsUW Ticket Office.

  4. Click on the series you’d like to renew.

  5. Add any seating or accessibility requests by checking the Add Seating Request box. 

  6. If you would like to pre-purchase weekday parking in the Central Garage, select Yes and the number of parking passes you would like to purchase. Otherwise, select No and click Next. 

  7. If you would like to support Meany Center with a donation, select Yes, round-up my order.
    Or, select I'd like to give a different amount and input the amount you’d like to give. Otherwise, select No and click Next. 

  8. Select the delivery method in which you’d like to receive your ticket. 
    If by mail, ensure that the delivery address listed is correct. To add or edit an address, click on the box dropdown menu and select Add Address.

  9. Input your card information under PAYMENT. 
    Ensure that the listed billing address is correct. To edit your billing address, select Edit Billing. When completed, select Save Address.

    Paying with a gift certificate? Click on Apply Gift Certificate and enter the gift certificate number in the box provided, then click Apply.

  10. Review your order and ensure that everything looks correct. When finished, click on Complete Purchase.

You will receive an email order confirmation within 5–10 minutes. If you requested PDF tickets, they will be emailed in August. 

You may add additional single tickets to shows on the Subscriber Extras page. 

BY MAIL

Renewal packets are in the mail and should arrive soon. Return your invoice by May 11 to the ArtsUW Ticket Office by mail or in person.
