Processing fees cover the cost of the technology and resources used to ensure the ticketing and delivery experience is secure and seamless.

Processing fees are non-refundable.

Subscription and Group Orders

Subscription and group purchases are charged a $12 processing fee per order. The processing fee covers the processing and ticket delivery costs for subscription and group orders. 

School of Drama Subscriptions and School of Music Notecards are charged a $5 processing fee. Visit the ArtsUW Ticket Policies page for more information about academic performances.

 

Single Tickets

Processing fees for Meany Center performances are $6-per-ticket on Regular single tickets and $3 for UW Students. There is no processing fee for additional tickets purchased by subscribers or when tickets are purchased in person at the ArtsUW Ticket Office or the Meany Center Box Office.

For UW Department of Dance, School of Drama and School of Music events, there is a $3 per single ticket processing fee for mail, phone and online orders. Visit the ArtsUW Ticket Policies page for more information about academic performances.

 

Exchanges

The processing fee to exchange tickets to Meany Center performances is $6 per Regular ticket and $3 per UW Student ticket. Exchanges are FREE to Meany Center subscribers. 

Exchanges must be made before your show. If you’re moving to a higher-priced event, just pay the difference. If your new tickets cost less, no refund will be issued. 

Free youth tickets can be exchanged within the Chamber Music and Piano Series if the adult ticket is also exchanged. 

To exchange your tickets, contact the ArtsUW Ticket Office by phone or email. Have your ticket numbers (top left corner of your ticket), your name, phone number and the event and performance date of the show you want to switch into. Call or visit the Ticket Office to pay for any upgrades.
