Renewal FAQs
When is the deadline to renew my subscription?
To keep your same seats and to be eligible for seating upgrades, renew by May 14, 2026.
How can I renew my subscription?
You can renew the following ways:
- Online, quickly and easily, through the Renew Today button above. Visit How to Renew for more information.
- By mailing your invoice to ArtsUW Ticket Office, Box 355910, Seattle, WA 98195-5910. To save your current seats, the invoice must be postmarked on or before May 14, 2026.
- By phone, at 206-543-4880.
- In person, at the ArtsUW Ticket Office.
- In person, at the renewal table at upcoming Meany Center events.
When will my tickets be mailed or emailed to me?
Tickets will be sent out in early August via the delivery method you requested.
Can I move or upgrade my seats?
Yes, you can request an upgrade. Requests are processed in the order in which they're received. The sooner you subscribe, the better chance you will have to receive your request.
Can I buy extra tickets next to my subscription seats?
If you'd like to ensure you’re seated together, we can relocate your subscription seats for that event only. Contact the ArtsUW Ticket Office at 206-543-4880 or ticket@uw.edu to exchange your subscription tickets.
How do I add extra tickets to my subscription?
Subscribers save 10% on extra tickets.
To purchase extra tickets to the 2026-27 Season, complete your 2026-27 subscription order, then go to 2026-27 Subscriber Extra Tickets and log into your subscription account to select events at discount prices.
Are parking passes available for purchase?
Parking passes are on sale for the 2026-27 Season. Saturday night parking will remain free.
After completing a subscription order, purchase weekday parking passes by going to 2026-27 Subscriber Parking Passes and log into your subscription account. Subscribers may purchase passes in advance through September 18. Parking passes will be mailed in early August.
If you lose a parking pass, replacement passes are available.

I have leftover parking passes. Can I still use those?
Yes! Any parking passes leftover from previous seasons are still valid for use in the Central Plaza Garage.

UW Students, Get 5 Full Series Shows for $50
UW Student Full Series subscriptions may be purchased as a package for only $50 per series (plus $12 per order processing fee) in Zones 2 and 3 with all the benefits of subscribing.
ID verification is required. To purchase UW Student subscriptions contact the ArtsUW Ticket Office.
Free Youth Subscriptions
Piano and Chamber Music events are free for youths aged 5–17 in Zones 2 and 3. Limited to four (4) tickets per order.
